Transferable vs. Non-Transferable Tickets

Please note that tickets purchased in Rows 1-4 are non-transferable, meaning they must be used by the original purchaser. For all fans with non-transferable tickets, be aware of the following:

  • Patrons with valid disability placards or license plates will be directed to the accessible parking area in the Upper South Lot on a first come, first served basis.
  • Patrons requiring mobility assistance to the amphitheatre may use the shuttle that runs from the accessible parking area. If any of your ticketed party needs to use the shuttle, the entire party must also ride the shuttle and enter the venue together.
  • For all patrons with non-transferable tickets, the original purchaser MUST arrive with the entire ticketed party and present the Red Rocks or AXS app, or a registered ID to enter the venue. Photo Identification may be required at any time at the gates or within the venue.
  • Patrons with accessible seats in Row 1-2 MUST arrive at the entrance to the accessible seating section with the entire ticketed party, and present an ID matching the original purchaser. These patrons will be asked to attest they or someone in their party require the features of their ticketed accessible seat(s) at both the Upper South shuttle pick-up location AND at the entrance to the accessible seating location inside the amphitheatre. All members of the ticketed party will be issued a wristband for in/out access to their seats throughout the duration of the show.
  • If a ticketholder does not present a valid ID to demonstrate they or a person in their party was the original purchaser of the ticket(s), Red Rocks personnel will not permit that individual to sit in accessible seating, and retain the right to relocate the individual to another seat location (if available) or remove the individual from the venue.
