HOURS OF OPERATION

Amphitheatre

Non-Event days: Open one hour before sunrise and closed one hour after sunset

Event days: Open one hour before sunrise to approximately 2 p.m. House closure times are not determined until the week of an event and can change at any time. Please check our phone recording at 720-865-2494 for up-to-date house closure times.

Visitor Center

PLEASE NOTE: Parts of the Visitor Center are currently undergoing construction, but the main entrance and the Ship Rock Grille are still open.

  • March - Oct.: 7 AM - 7 PM
  • Nov. - Feb.: 8 AM - 4 PM

Trading Post

PLEASE NOTE: The Trading Post is open 9 AM-10 PM in December (except for Christmas Day) for the Christmas in Color drive-through experience.

  • March - Oct.: 9 AM - 6 PM
  • Nov. - Feb.: 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Closed: Thanksgiving and Christmas

Park Hours

Red Rocks Park and trails open one hour before sunrise and close one hour after sunset.

Admission and parking are free to visit Red Rocks Park, Amphitheatre, Visitor Center and Trading Post.

Will Call/Box Office

The Red Rocks Box Office/Will Call opens four hours before the show start time. Please check your event on our calendar or call 720-865-2494 for the daily recording to hear door time and event start time.

PARKING

Parking lots open for shows 2 hours before event door time. Traffic Control will guide you to a parking space after entering the park. We recommend arriving early to avoid traffic and ensure you have plenty of time to get to the venue. Vehicles parked incorrectly or left overnight (not relocated prior to 10 a.m. the following day) may be ticketed or towed.

Depending on where you are directed to park, you may have to hike. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.

Four ChargePoint charging stations for electric vehicles are located in the Trading Post parking lot.

Drop-Off

Due to limited space in the park, specific areas have been designated for patron drop-off and pickup. Please drive cautiously as you may experience guests walking through the roads and trails.

  • Upper South Lot – Accessible drop-off point for patrons requiring the free Accessible Shuttle or those who are seated in rows 1 – 36. Patrons who wish to take the Accessible shuttle and require use of a wheelchair will be asked to present a Row 1 ticket to gain access to shuttle. All other patrons who require the use of a wheelchair must enter the venue from the Top Circle Lot.
  • Top Circle Lot – Accessible drop-off point (seating in rows 37 – 70).
  • Trading Post – Preferred rideshare and Taxi drop-off point.
  • East Stairs – Preferred drop-off point if patrons do not require the features of the free Accessible shuttle services and are seated in rows 1-36. This drop off point is located along Ship Rock Road at the Half Moon Lot prior to the East Stairs.

Pick-Up

For pickup, parents and friends of concertgoers should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the end of the show and communicate where they plan to meet. When the pick-up area on the south side of Trading Post Road is at capacity, vehicles will not be allowed in. If pick-up area is at capacity when you arrive, please speak with Traffic Control Staff so that they can direct you to the closest available location, or park in an available space and have your guest come to you. Do not stop on the road or impede traffic and follow the direction of the Traffic Control staff. A phone recording with approximate event end time is updated daily at 720-865-2494.

  • Upper South Lot – If patrons used the Accessible Shuttle service prior to the show, pickup is located at the accessible parking lot near the shuttle location. Please ask Traffic Control Staff for assistance and arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the end of the show.
  • Top Circle Lot – The road to the Top Circle lot becomes a one-way road at the end of the show. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the end of the show to ensure you can access the Top Circle Lot. A phone recording with approximate event end time is updated daily at 720-865-2494. Rideshare

Drop off points for rideshare services are located at the Upper North Lot and Upper South Lot. Limo and Shuttle bus drop off is located at the Top Circle lot. Cab stand located at Trading Post drop off. Patrons may meet their vehicle in Lower South Lot 2 for pick up. Drivers are required to wait at their vehicle for patrons to arrive.

Oversized Vehicles

Any vehicle that is 6’5” wide (front or back) is considered an oversized vehicle. Oversized vehicles include all RVs, buses, party bus limos, or any vehicle with a trailer. Oversized vehicles cannot be left overnight and must park in Lower South Lot 2.

All oversized vehicles must drop-off and pick up patrons in Lower South Lot 2. If accessibility is needed, please inform Traffic Control Staff upon entering the park so accommodations can be made.

Limousines

The East Stairs are the preferred drop-off point for patrons arriving by limousine. For pickup, limousines may utilize the β€œLimo Lane” located on West Alameda or meet patrons at the Top Circle Lot. Traffic Control Staff will direct drivers to the closest available parking location.
