Live Nation is pleased to announce that BLUES TRAVELER will keep the July 4th tradition alive when they perform at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Tuesday July 4th.

Very Special Guest Jonny Lang and The Wood Brothers will open the show.

By now Blues Traveler has been an undeniable influence for several generations of fans and bands alike. While perhaps known best for brilliant musicianship and prolific touring, witty and engaging songwriting has always been the band's calling card.

Blues Traveler's uncanny connection with their huge grassroots fan base has made them one of the most consistently successful bands of the past 15 years. Including their worldwide breakout "Four," certified six times platinum in the U.S., the band has had a total of six gold or platinum releases and sales of over 10 million albums to date. They also released a live album in 2004 - "Live on the Rocks" which was of course recorded at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Jonny Lang's past achievements include 2 platinum selling albums and a Grammy nomination by age 19. Touring in support of his last release, "Long Time Coming", he is a welcome addition to the July 4th tradition at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
