Following their successful summer tour, former Grateful Dead members Phil Lesh & Bob Weir with their band Furthur continue their musical adventure this fall with a 13 date tour beginning September 21st in Morrison, CO, and continuing through Oct 7th in Santa Barbara, CA. During this tour Lesh & Weir will be returning to the sites of some of their biggest musical triumphs with a tour opening, three night appearance at the Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO, two magical evenings at Greek Theater in Los Angeles, CA, with tour stops at The Santa Barbara Bowl in Santa Barbara, CA, The Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, CA, and The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV.  Furthur will also be visiting the following venues for the first time including a three night run at Edgefield in Troutdale, OR, The WaMu Theater in Seattle, WA, and the San Diego Open Air Theater in San Diego, CA.

Fans can expect Lesh & Weir to push the musical envelope with jaw-dropping improvisations and loving renditions of Grateful Dead classics, with an all-star band that includes keyboardist Jeff Chimenti (RatDog), drummer Joe Russo (Benevento - Russo Duo, Trey Anastasio), guitarist John Kadlecik (Dark Star Orchestra), and vocalists Sunshine Becker and Jeff Pehrson.

New and old fans of the Grateful Dead alike will be entranced as Phil & Bob take the musical journey “furthur”, exploring some of the Grateful Dead’s most beloved songs in a tour that promises to keep the feet stomping and the bodies shaking.
