Red Rocks Amphitheatre is owned by the City and County of Denver and is operated by the Division of Theatres and Arenas. The division of Theatres and Arenas also owns and operates the Denver Performing Arts Complex, Denver Coliseum, Colorado Convention Center and Crossroads Theater.
