Lisa Nguyen, M.D.

Dr. Lisa Nguyen is a board certified family physician and prides herself in building trusting, understanding, and warm relationships with her patients. In Vietnamese or English, she is good at listening to you and makes it a priority to explain diseases, treatments, and results in ways that are easy to understand. Dr. Nguyen emphasizes building partnerships through which plans can be developed to improve your health. Family-centered care, patient education, and preventative medicine are central to her practice and her special medical interests include nutrition, healthy eating habits, and healthy living. Dr. Nguyen was born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia.
Dr. Nguyen received her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and moved to Colorado for her family medicine residency at Swedish Medical Center. There, she served as co-chief resident in her final year. In her free time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys running, hiking, road biking, baking, and yoga.

Brieanna Seefeldt, D.O.

Dr. Brianna Seefeldt is a board certified family physician with a passion for caring for the whole family throughout life's stages, always seeking to promote health and prevent disease. She is a full spectrum family medicine physician passionate about women's health, obstetrics, integrative medicine, and pediatric care. Throughout her schooling, Dr. Seefeldt tailored her education to focus on supporting health and wellness through use of effective medications, herbal supplements, and nutrition. As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Seefeldt also practices osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), utilizing hands-on treatments to align the body and support the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Dr. Seefeldt's attended college at the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with honors in medical anthropology and holistic medicine and earned a D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathy) at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California, completing an additional fellowship year focusing on osteopathic manipulation. Dr. Seefeldt came to Colorado for her residency training in family medicine at Swedish Hospital, serving as co-chief resident during her third year. In her free time, Dr. Seefeldt enjoys nature by hiking, climbing or camping with her husband and daughter.

She starts with a free initial nutrition and lifestyle assessment that lights the path to goal attainment through sustainable, comfortable lifestyle changes that last a lifetime.

Jamie Atlas focuses on motivating his clients through an upbeat, fun-loving and always energetic attitude. He achieves results through his developed combination of functional training and a realistic nutritional approach. Over his 20 years of experience he has developed a breadth of knowledge that helps maximize the speed in which people can get in shape while minimizing risk of boredom. He has been teaching Saturday morning classes for charity at Red Rocks since 2008 year round (even through Winter!) Originally from Australia, Jamie reached the peak of his athletic career as a professional basketball athlete and going on to work with athletes preparing for the Sydney 2000 Olympics before realizing his calling was in helping others achieve more important goals such as weight loss or recapturing their ability to participate in and enjoy their sport of choice. Jamie Atlas moved to Denver from Australia in 2001 and has since helped people get ready for a variety of events, from the Bolder Boulder and Warrior Dash to the Mrs. Colorado Pageant and various Figure Competitions. While he has worked with some of the Denver Nuggets and other high level athletes, he is most satisfied working with real people to achieve significant results that form the basis for a life-changing approach to fitness. In 2008 he began his semi-private training business 'Bonza Bodies Fitness', which relocated to downtown Denver in 2010 and last year won a 5280 Top Of The Town award.
